Previously at State Farm, Curran moved from starting as an Agent Staff to the Agency Field Executive, where he led the Agency Field Office team and managed over 40 agencies in the San Francisco area. Curran developed Asian American Emerging Marketing Plans at State Farm and SelectQuote Life, then founded Asia Pacific Insurance Services, to educate emerging market communities about insurance and financial products. From there, he became and continues to be an Agency Owner with Allstate. With this focus on access to insurance for Asian American communities, Curran brings his fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin and multicultural knowledge to guide all kinds of people, from young to old, to find the right insurance for them and their loved ones.

As PMP’s Chief Operating Officer, he coordinated the merger between Land & Property Investment, Inc. and KK&C Realty and Investment, Inc. in 2014 to establish Prime Metropolis Properties, Inc. Today, he continues to develop cost-effective, efficient, and replicable company procedures in sales, services, and accounting to provide our staff, clients, tenants, and vendors a smooth process from start to finish.

All throughout his life, Curran strives to build thriving relationships with the people around him, from searching for the perfect pineapple bun with his family to volunteering with his community in his free time.
