Kimba comes to PMP with over 35 years of experience in real estate and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Today, he continues as PMP’s California Managing Broker and Property Manager to coordinate successful relations between his staff, clients, tenants, and vendors.
Kimba also began as a Co-founder of KK&C Realty and Investment,Inc. before its consolidation into Prime Metropolis Properties, Inc.
Kimba started as a property manager at Brothers International Holding Corporation, then as a realtor at Century 21, and Galaxy Realty. From there, Kimba moved on to specialize in appraisal services with Anza Appraisal Services and Zenith Appraisal Services, then founded CK Appraisal Services in 1996. In 2005, Kimba founded KK&C Realty and Investment, Inc., which was then consolidated into Prime Metropolis Properties, Inc. in 2014.
When he’s not working hard, Kimba comes alive as the life of the party with his love for karaoke.

With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Curran comes to PMP with over 30 years of experience and leadership in developing and implementing organizational processes.
Previously at State Farm, Curran moved from starting as an Agent Staff to the Agency Field Executive, where he led the Agency Field Office team and managed over 40 agencies in the San Francisco area. Curran developed Asian American Emerging Marketing Plans at State Farm and SelectQuote Life, then founded Asia Pacific Insurance Services, to educate emerging market communities about insurance and financial products. From there, he became and continues to be an Agency Owner with Allstate. With this focus on access to insurance for Asian American communities, Curran brings his fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin and multicultural knowledge to guide all kinds of people, from young to old, to find the right insurance for them and their loved ones.
As PMP’s Chief Operating Officer, he coordinated the merger between Land & Property Investment, Inc. and KK&C Realty and Investment, Inc. in 2014 to establish Prime Metropolis Properties, Inc. Today, he continues to develop cost-effective, efficient, and replicable company procedures in sales, services, and accounting to provide our staff, clients, tenants, and vendors a smooth process from start to finish.
All throughout his life, Curran strives to build thriving relationships with the people around him, from searching for the perfect pineapple bun with his family to volunteering with his community in his free time.
Tom Chan
Tom brings over 30 years of experience in real estate, earning the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), GREEN, and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designations for his dedication to deepening his knowledge and skills in real estate.
Starting as a Sales Associate then Broker Associate at Land & Property Investment, Inc., he then transitioned over to Prime Metropolis Properties as the Managing Broker, then California Designated Broker. As PMP’s California Designated Broker, Tom supervises the California team of agents, brokers, and branch managers, including training and developing new staff, delegating responsibilities, and ensuring high quality management of client accounts and records. He oversees and ensures adherence to our PMP company policies and procedures, aligning them closely with our clients’ best interests. As the California Designated Broker for PMP, Tom also holds a managing broker license in Washington State.
Tom also holds a Mortgage Loan Originator endorsement, enabling him to work closely with our clients on their mortgage loan transaction. As PMP strives to offer a one-stop shop for all our clients’ real estate needs, Tom provides the important capacity to guide our clients through the mortgage borrowing process to make financing their property a reality.
In his free time, Tom keeps himself moving through sports, especially basketball and badminton.
Rachel F. Wong
Rachel comes to PMP with over 15 years of experience in real estate and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing.
Rachel began as the Listing Coordinator at Land & Property Investment, Inc., supervising and training PMP’s administrative staff. From there, she brought her expertise in marketing to PMP’s Investors’ Club, coordinating investment property tours for local and oversea investors, then as the Marketing Manager to successfully transition Prime Metropolis Properties, Inc. to a new brand.
As the Sales Training Manager, Rachel focuses purposeful attention to training and mentoring new agents to guide them towards a successful career in real estate. With this deep care for both her team of staff and her clients, as the California Managing Broker, Rachel strives to build relationship networks based on clear and responsive communication that will lead her staff and clients to success.
When she’s not out in the field helping clients make their real estate dreams into reality or building up her team of staff, she loves to explore new restaurants with her husband and friends.
Lydia Cheng

Lydia brings 30 years of experience in real estate and property management. After a career change from corporate accounting, she transitioned to real estate in 1990 and started building a career in property management. Starting with just a few accounts, she has since built up a robust portfolio of roughly 300 accounts and her own team to streamline their operations.
Lydia and her team, Lydia Cheng Group, joined PMP in July 2019. Today, as the Director of Property Management, she brings her specialty in property management, her love for building long-term relationships with clients and tenants, and her skills in managing properties and her team with care to PMP.
Originally from Taiwan, Lydia moved to Seattle in 1980. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
When she’s not working with her clients, she is relaxing at home with a good book or taking a fresh walk outside.
